LCA's getting Denied for invalid FEINs when FEINS are Perfectly VALID-SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR BY OUR GOVERNMENT -   - posted: 09-18-2009

• The US Dept. of labor's new on line system--designed supposedly to prevent fraud---is engaging in its own kind of bad behavior--almost akin to fraud...but they probably aren't aware of it so it isn't fraud. But it is at best STUPId. They are taking the MAXIMUM statatory period to proces the LCA's and in many cases--instead of approving them, they are creating a denail claming the FEIN number of the employer is NOT VALID. Rather than e mailing or at least copying the attorney--they are sending denials directly to the employer contact: REASON FOR DENIAL: Section C.12, "FEIN Obviously Inaccurate. Shame on them!!*** Another examle of uneleced government employees supposedly  regulating for the good of the American people but instead----- causing more harm than good, interfering with our economy and creating fear and or apprehension totally due to their own disfunctionality. And, they-the DOL--- have the nerve, after the "false denial" of requiring the attorney to refile the appication all over again--wasting time and money.
