New LCA System is HORRIBLE -   - posted: 09-18-2009

The New LCA system-designed  supposeldy to prevent fraud--seems to be a typical example of governmental interference and inefficiency. The LCA's are twice as long and take more than twice as long to fill out and file. Rather than instantaneous approval, it is taking a minimum of 7 to 8 days for them to approve.
