H1-bs with Non Profit-May file for 2nd H1-b with a For Profit -NO CAP ISSUE*** -   - posted: 02-04-2009

In summary, if one has an H1-b with a non profit/Cap Exempt empoyer, one may file a 2nd  "concurrent" H1-b with a FOR profit employer that would normally be subject to the CAP. One must  maintain at least part time h1-b employment with the Non proit employer.
